Outstanding! Driver, Sihat is very helpful and responsible. Price of car rental was reasonable and attractive. Saved trouble of getting taxi or Grab to go around Batam. Felt great and safe to be chauffeured around by friendly Sihat. He took trouble to show me around the less common sights in Batam. He even escorted us in less safe area like the busy morning market.

Mr. Imam who arranged the car was very responsive despite very short notice given to him to arrange the car and the driver. And car turned up promptly.

We are a group of 3 that booked with Iman for a full day in Sep-2023. He was responsive whenever we contacted him, and was very willing and helpful to share with us more about Batam.

We were talking about the recent riots; land was being developed/ taken away from locals in Rempang, about religion and also the mosque (one of the largest but apparently not that popular among locals). Iman felt apologetic that he couldn't explain better in English but we were very appreciative of his sharing and the opportunity for a more in-depth interactions with a local :)

Iman also insisted to wait for us when we were considering to go for a spa/ dinner at a mall that is just a 5 mins' drive from our hotel. But I'm glad he gave in, and got to go back earlier to rest.

His attitude and service are definitely recommendable (compared to the other Grab drivers we met in Batam in terms of safe driving and English proficiency). Costs is very reasonable too (do tip if you are satisfied)!
